Job Description : Production Manager – Cosmetics Factory ???? Location: Lomé, Togo GMP & ISO Certified We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our cosmetics manufacturing operations, from production to filling and packaging. This role requires someone who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Plan and oversee production schedules and workflows • Supervise raw material compounding, batch preparation, and manufacturing processes • Manage filling, packaging, labeling, and final product handling • Ensure compliance with GMP & ISO standards • Monitor quality, in-process controls, and batch documentation • Manage inventory flow and warehouse coordination • Lead and train production staff, ensuring efficiency and safety • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production ???? Requirements: • Experience in manufacturing production management (cosmetics preferred) • Knowledge of GMP & ISO standards • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work with production and inventory management systems
