PLANT HEAD

Job Description : Plant Head - Moulds Manufacturing & Plastic Injections Parts (Specialized in Items Related to Auto Components & Plastic Industries) VIETNAM - To be a successful Plant Head, desiring candidate should be from Injection Moulding automotive Manufacturing Industries (Preferred Tier-1). Should be good Team Leader/Problem solver with having good interpersonal skills & Customer relation. Plant Head Job Responsibilities : - Responsible for Overall Plant operational activities - Plant Profit & losses - Optimum productivity of desired quality - Customer Interaction - monitor Plan Vs actual OE/SPD supplies - Cost Saving Projects - Improvement activities - Internal & External audits. - Regular involvement in plant improvement activities like, 4M, Kaizen, 5S etc. - Taking of all necessary approval from management and concern dept. for shipment. - Any other assignment given by the management. - Working to improve purchasing systems and processes. Plant Head Requirements: - More than 15 years of relevant experience in similar field. - Minimum qualification should be at least be a PG Diploma holder or a B. Tech. - People management and leadership skills - Ability to take apt decisions and showcase optimistic attitude towards all.
