Finance Director

Job Description : Finance Director - Dubai You will lead the regional finance function, overseeing financial management, treasury, reporting and compliance. The role ensures the delivery of timely, accurate and compliant financial information in line with accounting standards, tax regulations and group requirements. Lead the preparation of annual budgets, including corporate allocations, cost recoveries and intercompany recharges. Develop and maintain robust forecasting processes, analysing variances and providing clear financial insights to management. Prepare monthly and annual financial reporting packs, highlighting performance, trends, risks and forward-looking forecasts. Ensure the accuracy, integrity and quality control of all financial transactions and reporting. Manage compliance with all statutory, regulatory and tax reporting requirements across relevant jurisdictions. Establish and maintain financial reporting systems that comply with local legislation and group standards. Develop, document and continuously improve finance policies, procedures and internal controls. Oversee audit activities and act as the primary liaison with external auditors. Coordinate closely with the parent company to meet group reporting, governance and audit requirements. Support effective delivery of finance, treasury and risk management activities, including tracking project and overhead costs against budgets and KPIs. Actively manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital through regular monitoring and reporting. Maintain strong relationships with banks, surety providers and insurers, ensuring ongoing compliance with facility and bonding requirements. Prepare monthly Board reports and ad hoc financial analyses as required. Partner with Project Managers and operational leaders to strengthen financial discipline, forecasting accuracy and cost control across projects. Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior management, providing clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.
