Oversee all aspects of industrial operations across multiple plants including manufacturing, safety, ops excellence and quality control. Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals to achieve business goals. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives. Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet financial targets. Drive innovation and implement best practices in industrial operation A fulltime engineering degree and MBA is preferred A professional with atleast 25 years of overall exp and worked in industries such as Agri Processing, Chemicals, F&B, Food Ingredients, Paints and Lubricants someone who demonstrated success in multi-plant leadership, operations excellence and IR management. someone with strong exposure to capex projects, automation, plant ramp-up and technology adoption. Someone with experience applying Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or global operational excellence systems. an expert in safety, quality systems, engineering and regulatory frameworks.
