Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager Qualification: Diploma in plastic or B.Tech or CIPET Experience: Min. 18+ year in IBM, IM · Expert-level hands-on knowledge of Injection, Blow, IBM, and PET technologies. · Strong understanding of polymer behavior (PP, HDPE, LDPE, PET). · Ability to read mould drawings, process sheets, and QC specifications. · Strong leadership, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills. · Experience managing large plants with multiple machines. Core Manufacturing Processes (Must Handle) · Injection Moulding (Hot Runner & Cold Runner) · Blow Moulding (Extrusion Blow) · Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) · PET Preform Injection & PET Stretch Blow Moulding (SBM – 2 stage) Preferred Attributes · Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or packaging industry · Exposure to cleanroom production and automated inspection systems · Willing to work flexible hours based on production needs Package : 2500 USD + other benefits
