Job Description : CEO MANUFACTURING FOR OMAN seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's operations, scale growth, and expand its market footprint, both locally and internationally. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader, with extensive experience in Sales & Marketing, especially in dealer network management, and a strong track record of driving business growth in manufacturing or building materials industries. The successful candidate will oversee the company's sales strategy, dealer relationships, market expansion, and operational efficiency, while also having a strategic vision for the company's future. Leadership & Strategic Vision: - Lead the company's strategic direction, aligning with the vision to expand market share, innovate product offerings, and enhance operational efficiency. - Oversee the execution of strategic plans aimed at increasing sales and expanding dealer networks, particularly in the GCC and African markets. - Drive long-term growth, focusing on both domestic market dominance and global market expansion, particularly in export markets Sales & Marketing Management: - Manage and enhance dealer networks, ensuring that partners are aligned with company objectives, product quality standards, and service expectations. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company presence in GCC and international markets. - Focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders in both public and private sectors ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business Operational Efficiency & Manufacturing: - Oversee the company's operations manufacturing facility and ensuring quality production, optimized plant performance, and cost control. - Collaborate with production and R&D teams to drive product innovation, focusing on quality, sustainability, and efficiency in production. - Ensure that operational processes align with the company's sustainability goals and international standards Financial Stewardship: - Develop and manage the company's financial performance, ensuring that revenue, margins, and profitability align with the company's growth objectives. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring strong financial governance. - Collaborate with the Board to review and refine financial strategies, securing the resources needed for growth. Team Development & Organizational Leadership: - Lead a high-performance team, ensuring that all employees align with company values, and foster a culture of innovation, performance, and continuous improvement. - Focus on leadership development and talent retention, ensuring that key leaders and employees are equipped to meet the demands of the business. - Develop and maintain a strong company culture, ensuring that employee engagement and satisfaction remain high. Stakeholder & Public Relations: - Engage with key stakeholders, including government bodies, private sector clients, and industry partners, to advance the company's interests and strengthen its brand reputation. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences and forums Qualification & Experience: - MBA or equivalent from a leading management institute. Additional qualifications or certifications in leadership, business management, or relevant fields will be considered a plus. - Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience. - Extensive experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on managing dealer networks, and building long-term relationships. - Experience with export markets and international business development is crucial. - Experience in industries such as building materials, construction, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
