Job Description : CHRO role based in lovely Southern California! Please read requirements for role before reaching out. - Must be an HR executive who has held a “Head of” CHRO or Second in command “ SVP OR VP” level role in national dispersed employee populations. - Must have led in heavy M&A environments. - Have an expertise in integrating new companies into org chart, organizational design, and leadership development. - Must have led HR in national companies with over 3000+ employees. - Ideal industries: Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction, Environmental Services, HVAC (or related). - Compensation is dependent on level, target salary is between $290-350k + bonus - This is an onsite role in North Orange County.
