Job Description : *CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)* ???? *Industry:* Construction & Infrastructure Industry ???? *Location:* Central Africa – DR Congo, Kinshasa ???? *Key Responsibilities:* * Full P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability * Oversee execution of buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects * Establish and lead PMO governance, project controls, KPIs, and reporting systems * Lead EPC / negotiated contracts, cost optimization, and resource planning * Support business growth and market expansion across Africa & Gulf regions ???? *Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field * MBA or advanced management qualification (preferred) ???? *Experience & Skills:* * 15+ years of progressive experience in construction & infrastructure * Proven leadership in large-scale buildings, roads, bridges & infrastructure projects. Important French language is compulsary ???? *Compensation:* USD 4,000 – 5,000 per month + Expat Benefits
