Job Description : Production Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry Location: West Africa Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and manage our pharmaceutical manufacturing production in Benin. This is a role responsible for overseeing production on time, within budget, safely, high quality, compliance, supply chain, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless production operations. Key Responsibilities: · To ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements. · Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements. · Estimate costs and prepare budgets. · Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. · Monitor production to resolve issues. · Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc). · Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, packaging material etc). · Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. · Ensure output meets quality standards. · Enforce health and safety precautions. · Report to upper management. · Approved in tablets / capsules / liquid. Desired Candidate Profile: · Minimum 7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical production. · Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Pharm or Science graduate. · Deep knowledge of production management. · Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations. · Experience in reporting on key production metrics. · Excellent organizational and leaderships skills. · Attention to detail. · Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
