Job Description : Project Director – Civil Construction ???? Location: Dubai, UAE ???? Salary: AED 45,000 – 55,000 per month ???? Experience Required: Minimum 30 Years in High-Rise Building Projects A leading Civil Construction Company in Dubai is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Director with extensive expertise in managing large-scale high-rise tower projects. Key Responsibilities: • Overall leadership and execution of high-rise projects from inception to handover • Strategic planning, budgeting & cost control • Coordination with consultants, clients & subcontractors • Ensure compliance with Dubai authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, RTA) • Risk management & quality assurance • Team leadership across engineering, commercial & site operations • Timely delivery within budget and quality standards Requirements: ? 30+ years of experience in Civil Construction ? Proven track record in delivering multiple high-rise towers in UAE/GCC ? Strong leadership and project management skills ? Excellent knowledge of local regulations and authority approvals ? Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering
