Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of both the restaurant and retail store, ensuring an exceptional guest experience Drive sales performance, focusing on KPIs, upselling, and revenue targets Manage staffing challenges, scheduling, and team rotations in a location with limited local talent availability Ensure smooth operations during peak tourist seasons, particularly in summer Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and product presentation to maintain brand standards Oversee financial performance Report regularly on sales, team performance, and operational issues to senior management
