Job Description : Business Head – Retail Premium & Luxury Fashion | Accessories | Lifestyle ???? Location: Oman (Middle East) ???? Reports to: CEO / Board Business Head – Retail for a multi?product premium & luxury business spanning fashion, accessories, handbags, jewelry and lifestyle categories. This is a senior leadership role for a highly experienced retail professional with deep Middle East exposure, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record of scaling luxury retail businesses. ????? Role Overview • Own end?to?end retail P&L across premium and luxury categories • Define and execute retail strategy, growth and expansion plans • Drive sales, profitability, KPIs, MIS and store productivity • Lead, mentor and scale large multi?level retail teams • Ensure consistent luxury brand standards and customer experience • Partner with leadership on store strategy, expansion and long?term growth • Act as the brand custodian across all retail touchpoints ???? Mandatory Candidate Criteria ? 18–20 years of total retail experience ? Minimum 5–10 years of working experience in the Middle East (mandatory) ? Currently or previously in a senior leadership role such as: • Business Head – Retail • Head of Retail • Retail Director ? Strong background in premium / luxury retail only ? Experience managing multi?product categories ? Proven ability to lead large teams and multi?store operations ? Strong commercial, strategic and people?leadership capabilities ?
