Job Description : General Manager Pasta Subsidiary GUINEA 25+ years experience ( Immediate) The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the subsidiary. Key requirements: Demonstrated and in-depth expertise in the pasta industry (mandatory requirement); Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in a General Manager Strong command of financial management processes (particularly budgeting), as well as commercial and operational management; Proven strategic vision and ability to lead overall business performance; Professional experience in Africa; proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
