Job Description : CEMENT PLANT DIRECTOR POLAND Open to International candidates Salary circa Euro 150k Plant Director to lead and further develop an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, automation, quality, and sustainability. The Plant Director will have full responsibility for all operational functions at the production site, ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance, and the achievement of agreed financial and operational targets. The role includes full accountability for P&L, OPEX, and CAPEX, as well as the execution of the company’s strategy, values, and performance standards. As a member of a European leadership structure, this position requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including close cooperation with international headquarters. Full accountability for day-to-day plant operations (production, quality, safety, logistics, maintenance) Responsibility for operational and financial performance, including P&L, OPEX, and CAPEX Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives Building, developing, and leading a strong, employee-oriented management team Ensuring compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and HSE standards Maintaining operational stability and business continuity Preparing the site for future growth and expansion Representing the site at European and corporate leadership level Minimum 18–20 years of experience managing manufacturing plants or large-scale operations in an international environment Proven experience with full P&L responsibility Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Solid background in continuous improvement and operational excellence Ability to make effective decisions in a dynamic and complex environment Fluent English and Polish – preffered Higher education degree in engineering, operations, or economics
