Job Description : COO FAR EAST FOR ALCOHOL BEVERAGES 25+ years experience is engaged in manufacturing of Alcohol..On its growth side, the Company installed a new 30KLPD Ethanol Plant in the year 2024-25. Further, the Company has expanded its Alcohol Plant capacity from 50KLPD to 100KLPD in the year 2024-25. In the year 2020-21 the Company has set up a 60KLPD Grain Based Alcohol Facility and commissioned 4.725 MW Biogas based power plant. Plans are afoot to install a fresh production facility for Malt Spirit shortly. Position : Plant Operations Head - Distilleries Division The role is responsible for Assist the MD / CEO in Developing company's strategy, Preparing budget, HR planning, Supply Chain planning, Plant Planning, Compliance Planning, Other Aspects as defined time to time. Responsible for Meeting the budget, Executing according to the plan, Ensuring that the business is ready for future, Ensuring Business Continuity. - Ensuring Right resources, material and manpower are available, Ensuring Compliance, Guiding Change Management, Defining and Managing metrics, Providing the Reviewing mechanism to the MD/ CEO, Identifying and mitigating risks, Ensuring that various departments meet their goals, Improving the productivity of the organization, Incorporating best practices & Other functions as defined time to time. Essentially this role is a leadership role of heading the factory / plant operation. - Knowledge of Alcohol distillation operations and business, - Knowledge of alcohol-beverage business,- Thorough Working Knowledge of Unit Operations/Operations Management, Trade Unions,Knowledge of Statutory Compliances: Labour, Tax, PCB norms,Excise Regulations and related law - Knowledge of cost effective inventory principles and management - Experience in Planning and Managing Warehouse Operations - Knowledge of standard safety practices and procedures relating to warehouse operations and equipment. - Experience in Running Utilities and Engineering Function - Experience in People Management - Experience in defining and managing metrics. Qualification : B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) Candidates from Beverages / Sugar / Fertilizer & Pesticides / Alcohol industry would be preferred
