The ideal candidate for Head of Manufacturing brings extensive experience from senior roles within the FMCG sector—preferably covering consumer products or food and beverage industries. A minimum of ten years’ experience in senior leadership roles within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), ideally spanning consumer products or food and beverage sectors. Proven track record of managing complex manufacturing operations across multiple locations with a focus on strategic growth.
