Candidate must have experience in Food or Bakery ingredients for APAC/SEA region. Owns P&L and revenue growth for the South East Asia region, driving quarterly and annual targets through pricing, portfolio expansion, and profitability initiatives. Leads market expansion across B2B, B2C, HoReCa, industrial bakeries, and distributors, identifying new opportunities and executing country-level growth plans. Manages distributors and key accounts, drives branding and product launches, and builds a high-performing regional team with strong stakeholder relationships.
