Job Description : Plant Head – Plastic Injection Moulding KATOWICE POLAND Open to International candidates Industry: Automotive Tier 1 MNC We are seeking an experienced Plant Head with minimum 22 years of expertise in plastic injection molding within the automotive industry. The role demands complete ownership of plant operations including P&L management, production planning, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and customer satisfaction. Candidate must have strong exposure to OEM dealings, operational excellence, cost optimization, OEE improvement, and lean manufacturing practices.
