Qualification: BE/BTech–Mech/Auto/Industrial Engineering CTC EURO 240,000 PA Reporting to: CEO global manufacturer of automotive braking solutions, vehicle mobility control, and safety systems.????Key Responsibilities:-Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and people management. Drive operational excellence, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives. To ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and safety standards. To Implement continuous improvement frameworks (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, 5S). Oversee resource planning, inventory, and supply chain coordination.????Ideal Candidate Profile:18–24 years of experience in production and quality engineering within automotive manufacturing sector.????Strong background in:Braking Systems/Hydraulic Control Systems/ Transmission Products/Precision Components/Vehicle Chassis/Drive-line Products.Proven exposure to Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, QMS, and operational excellence models.
