Job Description : Procurement Manager – Cement Industry Location: UAE Industry: Cement Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager with hands-on experience in the cement manufacturing industry to manage sourcing, vendor development, and procurement operations while ensuring cost efficiency and uninterrupted supply. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and manage procurement of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and services • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors • Ensure timely procurement aligned with production and maintenance requirements • Develop and implement procurement policies and cost-saving initiatives • Monitor supplier performance, quality, and compliance • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, finance, and stores teams • Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and analysis for management Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in the cement industry • Strong knowledge of cement plant materials, spares, and sourcing practices • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills • Experience in UAE / GCC procurement practices is an advantage
