Role Overview As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – Operations to lead and strengthen operational excellence across our 320+ store Pan-India retail pharmacy network. This role is critical in ensuring consistency, compliance, and performance across all locations. ???? Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple regions Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory compliance, and audit standards Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and performance metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives Support store expansions and new launches across the network Maintain high standards of customer experience and service delivery ???? Eligibility & Requirements Proven experience in retail pharmacy operations (mandatory) Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance frameworks Experience managing large, multi-location retail operations Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Flexibility to travel as per business requirements
