Head HR / Chief Human Resources

Job Description : Head HR / Chief Human Resources Officer for a large steel manufacturing organization with ongoing and upcoming plant expansions. This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the full HR function across strategy, operations, talent, employee relations, compensation, compliance and culture transformation (Culture is the most important area of work) Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Senior level tax free compensation with housing, food allowances and travel support. Who should consider this: • 15 to 22 years of HR experience with prior Head HR, CHRO or HR Director exposure • Strong manufacturing or industrial background • Experience in large workforce environments, change management and culture transformation • Ability to operate in complex, fast growing setups • Must have had good experience in Culture Building / Change Management (MUST) • MUST have thought thru the shift to Africa NOT Looking for people with only operational experience in HR or in very traditional organizations
