Exposure to inventory-driven, supply chain-heavy business models. ?ERP implementation & financial automation experience preferred ???? Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership Drive and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO & Board Lead budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning Ensure sustainable growth across retail, wholesale & distribution Financial Management & Reporting Oversee financial statements, MIS & performance dashboards Ensure statutory, tax & regulatory compliance Strengthen internal controls & asset protection Manage working capital, cash flow & liquidity Business Performance & Operational Excellence Partner with sales, procurement & operations to optimize margins Track KPIs: sales per store, SKU profitability, inventory days & credit cycles Drive cost optimization across supply chain & distribution Oversee ERP & POS financial systems & automation Risk Management & Governance Identify & mitigate financial and operational risks Ensure governance, audit & regulatory adherence Manage banks, auditors & financial institutions Oversee credit control, debt & insurance policies Strategic Growth & Investments Evaluate M&A, partnerships & expansion opportunities Lead financial due diligence & capital investments Support digital transformation & profitability initiatives Manage capital structure & investor relations (if applicable) ????
