Experience: 7+ Years Post-Qualification A leading FMCG manufacturing company in Kenya is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Financial Controller to join its leadership team. This is a strategic role that bridges finance and business, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive profitability, performance, and sustainable growth in a fast-paced environment. ???? Role Overview As a Commercial Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in financial planning, performance analysis, business partnering, risk management, and strengthening financial controls. You will work directly with senior leadership and Directors to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. ???? Key Responsibilities ? Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning ? Deliver insightful MIS reporting and profitability analysis ? Act as a finance business partner to commercial and operations teams ? Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements ? Oversee cash flow planning and working capital management ? Lead and develop a high-performing finance team ???? Qualifications & Experience Qualified Accountant: ACA / ACCA / CIMA 10+ years of post-qualification experience FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail finance background preferred Strong exposure to senior leadership engagement ???? Technical Skills Advanced Excel & Financial Modeling ERP systems experience (SAP preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities ???? Why Apply?
