P & M Manager

Job Description : P & M Manager (Plant & Machinery Manager) ???? Location: Maldives ????? Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Marine Projects ? Experience: 10–15 Years (Marine & Building Construction) We are looking for an experienced Plant & Machinery (P&M) Manager to lead equipment operations across multiple marine and building projects in the Maldives. This role requires strong expertise in heavy construction and marine equipment management, along with the ability to handle multi-project operations in island-based environments. ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Plan, mobilize & allocate plant and machinery across projects ? Manage marine equipment – barges, cranes, piling rigs, dredgers, workboats ? Oversee building equipment – tower cranes, batching plants, excavators, loaders ? Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance ? Monitor utilization, fuel efficiency & cost control ? Coordinate with project managers for scheduling & logistics ? Manage inter-island equipment movement ? Ensure compliance with safety & marine regulations ? Lead P&M team – operators, mechanics & supervisors ???? Required Skills: ? Strong knowledge of marine & heavy construction equipment ? Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously ? Strong leadership & planning skills ? Cost control & performance tracking expertise ? Ability to work in remote/island project environments ???? Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Additional certification in Heavy Equipment / Marine Management preferred) ? Preferred Experience: • Maldives / island-based projects • Marine infrastructure (Jetty, Quay wall, Dredging, Reclamation) • High-rise / Commercial building projects
