HR DIRECTOR

Job Description : HR DIRECTOR NIGERIA FOR OIL AND GAS an international company with various energy projects in Africa. -Develop and execute HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and local regulations, -Oversee recruitment and on-boarding processes for all project roles, -Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives, -Ensure compliance with labour laws and health & safety standards, -Implement training programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity, -Drive HR reporting and analytic to support decision-making, -Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters. You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You have at least 7 to 10 years experience in HR management, ideally within industrial or large-scale project environments in Africa. You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing multicultural teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Proactivity, organizational skills, and adaptability are essential to succeed in this role.
