Project Engineer

Job Description : Project Engineer – Chocolate & Confectionery We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with strong exposure to chocolate and confectionery manufacturing to join our growing team. Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Chocolate & Confectionery Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end execution of new production line installations and plant expansion projects Manage equipment selection (refiners, conches, tempering units, moulding lines, enrobing systems, packaging lines) Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards Drive project timelines, budgets, commissioning, and performance validation Support process optimization and capacity enhancement initiatives Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering 5+ years’ experience in chocolate or confectionery manufacturing projects Strong knowledge of processing technologies and industrial automation Experience in factory layout planning and utilities management Excellent project management and communication skills Candidates with hands-on experience in chocolate processing (ball mill, 5-roll refinery, tempering, moulding) will be preferred.
