Job Description : Director of Finance – Hospitality (Africa & Caribbean Region) Position- Director of Finance- Hospitality Location- Jamaica Renumeration- $7k net pm We are seeking a senior Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across a multi-property hospitality portfolio in the Africa & Caribbean region. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, compliance, financial controls, and commercial performance, while partnering closely with regional leadership and property teams to drive profitability and governance. Ideal Profile: 10/12+ years of finance leadership experience Strong background in hospitality / hotel finance Multi-property or regional finance oversight experience Knowledge of international compliance and hospitality KPIs (RevPAR, GOP, ADR) A high-impact leadership opportunity within a growing international hospitality portfolio.
