Job Description : Head of Retail – Luxury Fashion Brand ???? Location: Delhi / Gurugram We are looking for a Head of Retail for a leading luxury fashion brand, based out of Delhi–Gurgaon. This role is meant for someone with deep luxury DNA—someone who understands refinement, high-end customers, brand presence, and world?class retail operations. Who We’re Looking For • 10–20 years of overall experience in luxury retail • Mandatory background in luxury environments such as: • Luxury fashion / lifestyle brands • Five-star / luxury hotel chains • Premium retail institutions • Education from top-tier institutes (preferred) • Last 5–7 years must be hardcore retail operations experience • Strong understanding of HNI / UHNI customers • Extremely well-spoken, polished, and sophisticated • Strong leadership, people management, and store excellence mindset • Someone who understands brand, experience, and numbers equally well Compensation • CTC up to ?80,00,000 (best-in-class, depends on profile) Why This Role • Senior leadership position • Opportunity to shape and scale a luxury retail business • High visibility, ownership, and growth potential
