The mandate is to drive operational transformation, productivity improvement, and build a high-performance culture aligned with future growth ambitions. ???? 18–25 years of experience in automotive / tractor / commercial vehicle manufacturing ???? Proven exposure to plant leadership with P&L accountability ???? Expertise in Plant operations, Liasoning, administration ???? Strong background in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0 ???? Experience managing unionized workforce ???? Track record of delivering cost, quality & productivity improvements This role requires a leader who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and can drive sustainable manufacturing competitiveness.
