Job Description : Production Manager – Chocolates / Sweets | Delhi We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager from the chocolates / sweets / confectionery industry to join our growing team in Delhi. Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end production operations • Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency are achieved • Handle production planning and manpower management • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards • Reduce wastage and improve productivity • Coordinate with procurement, quality, and warehouse teams Candidate Profile: • Experience in chocolate / sweets / confectionery production is mandatory • Strong production planning and team handling skills • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Experience: 8+ years preferred
