Workshop Manager

Job Description : Workshop Manager (Full-Time, Head Office – Saudi Arabia) ???? We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our diverse fleet and multi-location workshops. Key Responsibilities: Manage maintenance for 9,000+ mixed fleet: light vehicles, commercial vehicles, and 500 HCVs with trailers Oversee multi-location workshops: in-house, 15 ARAMCO workshops, contractual, and mobile workshops Ensure effective quick service, preventive & corrective maintenance, accident repair, and body shop operations Lead HCV & trailer operations: troubleshooting, maintenance planning, tire & battery management, roadside assistance, recovery & towing Own daily Off-Road reporting, root cause analysis, and Back-to-Road execution Drive downtime reduction, OR minimization, monitor vehicle aging, and enforce recovery timelines Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, accident procedures, insurance claims, and misuse assessments Control repair & maintenance estimation, budgeting, and variance analysis Manage suppliers (spare parts, tires, batteries, lubricants, body shops) and maintain updated pricing Support lease client quotations with accurate maintenance and workshop cost inputs Oversee spare parts warehouse & inventory control, especially for ARAMCO lease operations Lead workshop staff and mobile teams with KPI-driven productivity and performance management Strong command of workshop software, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards Support integration of EV fleets as the market grows in Saudi Arabia (maintenance capability, safety, etc.) Qualifications: Proven experience in workshop management for mixed fleets including HCVs Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills Experience with multi-location operations, ERP systems, and fleet management Knowledge of Saudi regulations, safety standards, and fleet compliance ????
