Job Description : CEO INDONESIA is a diversified multinational conglomerate with significant operations in Indonesia, spanning manufacturing, infrastructure, and natural resources. The company has a substantial presence in the Indonesian market and a growing international footprint, known for its commitment to sustainable development and operational excellence. The Expat Group CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the group's operations in Indonesia. This role involves working closely with the board of directors, senior management team, and various stakeholders to drive business growth, ensure financial stability, and maintain operational efficiency. The CEO will be instrumental in shaping the company's future direction and ensuring its continued success in the Indonesian market. - Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve long-term growth and profitability in the Indonesian market. - Provide leadership and direction to the senior management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. - Oversee all aspects of the company's financial performance, including Financial Reporting, Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis. - Manage Risk Management activities to identify and mitigate potential threats to the company's operations and financial stability. - Lead M&A activities, including identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and negotiating transaction terms. - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Internal Control procedures. - Oversee Treasury functions, including cash management, investment strategies, and foreign exchange risk management. - Manage Expat Management policies and programs to ensure the well-being and effectiveness of expatriate employees. - Represent the company to external stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and the media. - Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large, complex organization in a dynamic and challenging environment. - Proven expertise in Corporate Finance, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. - Strong understanding of Indonesian business culture and regulatory environment. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in managing Expat Management programs and policies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. 20 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success.
