Key Responsibilities: ? Lead end-to-end plant operations including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Safety, Logistics, Procurement & Finance. ? Ensure efficient and uninterrupted production of distilled beverages. ? Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets and business objectives. ? Improve productivity, operational efficiency, and resource utilization. ? Implement SOPs for safety, quality, and operational excellence. ? Manage vendors, statutory compliance & regulatory requirements. ? Lead CAPEX projects and plant expansion initiatives. ? Build and manage high-performing teams & industrial relations. ? Maintain strong liaison with government and regulatory authorities.
