PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA • Oversee daily production operations for peanut butter and coated peanut snack lines. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved. Manage and supervise factory supervisors, machine operators, and production workers. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory requirements. Monitor raw material usage, reduce wastage, and optimize production efficiency. Coordinate packaging and dispatch operations to ensure timely distribution. Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to the General Manager. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes. Minimum of 8 years experience in production management specifically in peanut butter and coated peanut snack manufacturing. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ready to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.
