20 yearsJob Description : MARKETING HEAD DRC The Head of Marketing for Biso Na Biso Groupe (BNB) in Africa is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy across the organization's diverse product portfolio. This role involves leading a team of marketing professionals, collaborating closely with sales, product development, and regional management, and driving brand growth and market share gains. The Head of Marketing will be instrumental in understanding consumer needs, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring that BNB's marketing efforts resonate with its target audience, ultimately contributing to the company's continued success and expansion across the African continent. - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with BNB's overall business objectives to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth. - Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability to achieve marketing goals. - Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential, to reach target consumers effectively. - Conduct in-depth market research and consumer insights analysis to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and competitive threats to inform marketing strategies and product development. - Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different marketing initiatives to maximize ROI. - Collaborate with sales and product development teams to launch new products and services successfully, ensuring strong market adoption and customer satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertising agencies, media partners, and influencers, to enhance BNB's brand reputation and reach. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, upholding BNB's brand values and messaging. - Drive the digital transformation of BNB's marketing function, leveraging data analytics and marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies in diverse African markets. - Proven expertise in brand management, marketing communications, product marketing, consumer marketing, marketing analytics, and digital marketing. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing marketing teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing decisions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Deep understanding of African consumer behavior and market dynamics. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
