Job Description : Chief Operating Officer – CANADA Open to International candidates The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automotive manufacturing processes and proven leadership in BIW & chassis parts. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the business unit. Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to drive growth and efficiency. Oversee operations across stamping, welding, rolling, hot forming, machining, assembly, automation, end-of-line inspection, etc. Lead BIW & chassis parts manufacturing involving hot & cold stamping (HPS & LPS systems). Requirements: 18+ years of experience in a B2B organization, with at least 8 years in senior management. Strong background in BIW product segment including hot and cold stamping. Core stamping experience is mandatory, if you have not managed stamping operations, please do not apply. Age: up to 50 years.
