Reporting: Country Head / COO / Board Role Overview End-to-end ownership of business performance, growth, and profitability Drive retail strategy, expansion, and market leadership Manage large multi-location store networks and supply chain efficiency Lead annual business planning, budgets, CAPEX & new store rollouts Build high-performance leadership teams with strong succession pipelines Leverage customer insights, loyalty, and data-driven decision making Benchmark competition and implement best-in-class retail practices Ideal Candidate Profile 15–20+ years of experience in large retail / consumer businesses Proven track record of managing USD 200M+ business portfolios Exposure to GCC / Middle East markets preferred Experience in multi-category, multi-brand, multi-location retail Strong techno-commercial acumen with a “Get Things Done” mindset Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Why This Role?
