QHSE Director

Job Description : QHSE Director – Abu Dhabi We are looking for an experienced QHSE Director (or Associate Director) to lead and enhance our Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental operations across major construction and development projects in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: • Lead company-wide QHSE strategy and compliance • Manage ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 systems • Oversee audits, risk management, and incident investigations • Drive a strong quality and safety culture across all project sites • Lead and develop QHSE teams Requirements: • 12–15+ years of senior QHSE experience • Strong background in large-scale construction or development projects • NEBOSH / IOSH / ISO Lead Auditor certifications preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder?management skills
