Inviting applications of Indians (currently working at Sharjah/Ajman /Dubai, UAE) preferably from Paint / FMCG/ Manufacturing or Building Material B/g Location: Sharjah, UAE Reports to: Vice President - Business / GroupAR Finance Controller Experience : 5~6 years of Handing Finance Function Budget : 15K AED Job Purpose The Finance & Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading the finance, accounting, and commercial operations of the Dubai entity. The role will ensure strong financial control, compliance, business partnering, working capital management, and support to business growth while maintaining governance and profitability. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Reporting Lead end-to-end accounting, closing, and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual). Ensure timely and accurate preparation of: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Management reports and variance analysis vs Budget/LFG Ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory, VAT, and group reporting requirements. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. 2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning Lead annual budget, forecast, and long-range business planning processes. Work closely with business teams to drive: Profitability improvement Cost optimization Margin and pricing discipline Track performance vs targets and highlight risks/opportunities proactively. 3. Commercial & Business Partnering Act as finance business partner to Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. Review and get approval for: Pricing, margins, customer profitability Major commercial contracts and agreements Support business expansion, new customers, and new business models with financial evaluation. 4. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management Drive strong control on: Receivables, credit control, collections Inventory and payables Improve Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) and ensure healthy cash flow. Manage banking relationships, payments, and cash forecasting. 5. Controls, Governance & Compliance Ensure robust internal controls and SOPs across finance and commercial processes. Ensure compliance with: VAT, corporate tax, customs, and regulatory requirements Group policies and internal control frameworks Lead risk management and control improvements.
