Job Description : Senior Maintenance Manager with strong experience in Plastic industry(Pharma Product) EAST AFRICA for leading plastic manufacturing company. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting machinery, managing the maintenance team, and ensuring minimal downtime in production. ?? Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee the maintenance of all plant equipment and machinery ? Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules ? Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues ? Manage maintenance staff and ensure safety compliance ? Coordinate with production and quality teams to optimize efficiency ? Maintain records and ensure adherence to industry standards Requirements: ?? Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field ?? 8+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in plastic packaging manufacturing ?? Strong knowledge of injection moulding, extrusion, ISBM and related machinery ?? Leadership skills and ability to manage a maintenance team ?? Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Experience: 14 to 18 Yrs
