Role Overview A leading Oil & Gas or energy group (via recruitment partners like Michael Page) is seeking an HSE Director to lead enterprise-wide health, safety, environmental, and sustainability strategies. Reporting to the Executive Leadership or CEO, drives zero-harm culture, regulatory compliance, and risk management across operations and projects. ???? Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement HSE policies, standards, and programs aligned with international best practices • Oversee incident investigation, audits, and performance reporting • Lead risk assessments, emergency response planning, and sustainability initiatives • Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, Aramco standards, and global frameworks • Provide strategic HSE guidance to senior management and stakeholders ???? Leadership Expectations • 15+ years in HSE leadership, with 8+ in Oil & Gas or high-risk industries • Proven track record in senior HSE roles (e.g., Director/Head level) • Strong strategic vision, stakeholder management, and change leadership • Certifications (NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, or equivalent) and regional experience advantageous ???? Monthly Salary: SAR 40,000 – 60,000 tax-free (annual equivalent ~SAR 480k–720k+) + housing allowance, medical insurance, annual flights, performance bonuses ????
