Role Overview A prominent Oil & Gas or EPC firm (via recruitment like Michael Page) is recruiting a QA/QC Director to lead quality assurance and control strategies enterprise-wide. Reporting to senior executive leadership, ensures product/process excellence, risk mitigation, and regulatory adherence. ???? Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement QA/QC policies, systems, and audits • Oversee inspections, testing, non-conformance management, and corrective actions • Manage quality teams, vendor audits, and certification compliance • Provide strategic quality reporting and continuous improvement initiatives • Align QA/QC with project goals, HSE, and client standards ???? Leadership Expectations • 15+ years in QA/QC leadership, with Oil & Gas/petrochemical experience • Proven senior-level delivery in high-risk industries • Strong governance, analytical, and team leadership skills • Certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, CQM) and GCC exposure preferred ???? Monthly Salary: SAR 25,000 – 40,000 tax-free + housing allowance, medical insurance, annual flights, bonuses
