Role Overview A prominent Oil & Gas or energy company (via Michael Page) is seeking a Financial Director to lead financial strategy, planning, and control. Reporting to CFO or CEO, oversees budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and value creation. ???? Key Responsibilities • Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts • Manage financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance • Oversee treasury, risk management, and investment decisions • Provide strategic financial advice to executive leadership • Ensure IFRS/Saudi regulations and stakeholder reporting ???? Leadership Expectations • 15+ years in finance leadership, with Oil & Gas or energy sector experience • CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent qualification • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with board-level exposure • Regional GCC experience advantageous ???? Monthly Salary: SAR 32,000 – 55,000 tax-free (annual ~SAR 400k–660k+) + housing allowance, medical insurance, annual flights, bonuses
