Technical Project Manager

Job Description : Technical Project Manager Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Salary Budget: AED 27,000 – 32,000 per month (based on experience) + Medical Insurance + Visa Sponsorship Job Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of experience leading and delivering complex IT/technical projects - Strong expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid environments) - Proven experience managing projects involving APIs, system integrations, infrastructure, or digital transformation initiatives - Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, executive reporting, and formal project documentation - Experience working within government or regulated environments is highly advantageous - PMP Certification is mandatory - Candidates with UAE experience and currently based in the UAE are strongly preferred Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and risk management - Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution - Maintain strict adherence to governance, compliance, and documentation standards - Deliver structured executive-level reporting and steering updates to senior leadership
