Key Responsibilities · Achieve business objectives and revenue targets across the assigned region. · Oversee day-to-day regional operations including budget management and performance tracking. · Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and sales staff; conduct regular performance evaluations. · Develop and execute strategic business plans, marketing initiatives, and advertising campaigns. · Manage and grow relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners. · Continuously evaluate regional operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. · Ensure all products and services adhere to regulatory, quality, and company standards. · Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and best practices. · Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on operational and financial performance. · Address and resolve escalated customer complaints, incidents, or legal issues promptly.
