USD 3K + benefits (based on experience and current compensation) What We’re Looking For: Proven (10-15 years) experience in luxury retail / couture / premium designer brands Strong command over client relationship management & luxury selling Ability to drive store P&L, sales targets, and team performance Expertise in CRM, repeat clientele development, and styling-led selling High ownership mindset with impeccable grooming & communication skills Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end store operations Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/annual targets Build and nurture a loyal HNI/UHNI client base Train, mentor, and inspire the store team Execute retail calendars and brand initiatives seamlessly
