Reporting To President & CEO – Specialty Chemicals Role Purpose " The Site Head is accountable for end-to-end leadership of a large greenfield chemical manufacturing site, covering project execution, commissioning, stabilization, and full-scale operations. The role ensures safe, compliant, cost-effective, and customer-centric operations, while institutionalizing engineering, QA, EHS, TQM, and technology absorption frameworks aligned with corporate strategy. Strong exposure to greenfield project execution, commissioning, operations, and troubleshooting.
