Job Description : Group Fleet & Logistics Manager to lead a 60-vehicle, multi-site fleet supporting critical food production and distribution operations. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full accountability for fleet strategy, reliability, cost control, compliance, and performance across a complex, asset-heavy environment. We are looking for a commercially sharp, systems-driven leader with proven experience in sectors such as food production, agriculture, manufacturing, or heavy distribution, someone who understands uptime, fuel efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service delivery at scale.
