This is not a dealership leadership role it is a Group?level commercial command post with direct visibility to the CEO and the board. You will lead the commercial engine of the group, steering strategy and execution across multi?continent automotive trading operations: ? Define and own the group?level commercial strategy across markets and automotive segments. ? Drive revenue growth with yield discipline, ensuring expansion never comes at the cost of margin. ? Identify and penetrate new markets, particularly frontier and emerging economies. ? Lead global supplier negotiations with OEMs and trading partners, strengthening long?term commercial leverage. ? Shape inventory, rotation, and working capital performance to maintain commercial control. ? Uphold performance governance across regions, business units, and trading verticals.
